1. Which fertilizer products are exempt from registration? 5. Which fertilizer products are registered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs? The products registered at the ministerial level include chemical fertilizer products, microbial fertilizer products, and overseas fertilizer products.
(1) Chemical fertilizer products: amino acid water-soluble fertilizers, humic acid water-soluble fertilizers, organic water-soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners, medium element fertilizers, etc.

Fertilizer registration management and types

1、 First registration: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, some products need to meet the requirements of the Ministry. The applicant should prepare the materials according to the registration requirements and apply for fertilizer registration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The fertilizer registration certificate is valid for five years.
2、 Renewal registration: 90 days before the expiration of the registration certificate, the applicant shall apply for renewal registration to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The registration renewal is valid for five years.
3、 Change registration: During the validity period of the registration certificate, if the name of the product usage scope and enterprise name are changed, the applicant should apply for change registration to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is particularly important to note that when the applicant's production address changes, the application should be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs according to the initial registration.
