In cold regions such as Northeast, Northwest, and North China, there is a large number of small-scale livestock farms (households). The feces produced by livestock and poultry farming not only have a large discharge volume, but also pose challenges for natural fermentation due to the low temperature and high moisture content in winter. This not only leads to resource waste but may also cause environmental issues.
This article shares the microbial aerobic composting technology developed and promoted in Heilongjiang Province. This technology not only produces high-quality Organic Fertilizer but also reduces the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, improving the ecological environment. It provides a practical and feasible solution for the resource utilization of livestock manure in cold regions.
