Construction content:
Key support will be given to large-scale breeding farms, planting entities, socialized service organizations, and county-level technical support units to renovate and upgrade facilities and equipment for the collection, storage, treatment, utilization, and testing of livestock and poultry manure, and to create demonstration bases for the return of manure to the field. The project county needs to determine the construction content based on the existing foundation and the principle of "filling and filling", including the construction of closed storage fermentation facilities, composting facilities, anaerobic digestion devices, biogas utilization systems, biogas liquid closed storage facilities, biogas residue composting facilities, and odor control facilities; Purchase manure transport tankers and fertilizer spreaders, and construct supporting manure transport pipelines and closed field storage facilities; Purchase analytical and testing instruments for measuring manure and determining nutrients; Set up long-term positioning monitoring points.
Central investment scale:

The tiered subsidy standards are as follows:
For counties with a pig inventory of 100000 to 200000 heads or pig equivalent of 200000 to 400000 heads, the central investment shall not exceed 25 million yuan, with poverty alleviation counties not exceeding 28 million yuan;
