Innovation at the Chain Expo: Leaders of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade pay attention to the technology of treating livestock manure through the China Hong Kong Stock Conne
On July 18, 2025, the 3rd China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (Chain Expo) was held vigorously at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing. Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and his delegation visited the W3-D03 GGT booth to conduct a detailed inspection of the company's independently developed technology for treating dairy cow manure, adding a bright color to this global supply chain event.
The treatment of animal husbandry manure is a key link in the green development of agriculture, and it is also a bottleneck for the extension and value-added of the industrial chain. "At the GGT booth, the representative of the technical team directly pointed out the pain points of the industry. At present, China's dairy farming industry produces a huge amount of manure annually. Traditional treatment methods not only easily cause environmental pollution, but also result in the loss of rich nutritional resources, with a recovery rate of less than 30%, and the added value of resource utilization remains low for a long time.
Faced with this dilemma, the technological innovation and industrialization achievements of the GGT have attracted worldwide attention. Its independently developed solid-liquid separation technology and aquaculture wastewater purification and extraction technology are like installing an "intelligent sorting system" for manure treatment, which can accurately separate nutrients and water such as organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., achieving the directional output of "nutrient base nutrient solution regenerated water", turning former waste into a "treasure" in the industrial chain.
After scientific blending, the nutritional base can be directly used as a feeding material for animal feed proteins and insects, converted into high value-added live feed proteins, and re fed into the aquaculture industry chain, forming a virtuous cycle of "aquaculture manure animal protein aquaculture feed". The nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium inorganic salts contained in the regenerated nutrient solution precisely meet the needs of algae cultivation, anhydrous cultivation, and biological fermentation mother liquor, providing important basic raw materials for the development of modern agriculture. The cascade utilization of recycled water further demonstrates the concept of Circular Economy. According to demand, it can be used as reclaimed water, aquaculture water, high-density fish farming supplementary water, and even purified to higher standards, providing comprehensive services to all links of the supply chain.
This technical system covering the entire process of "collection processing conversion application" does not exist in isolation. During the lecture, President Ren paid particular attention to the practical application effects of the technology and inquired in detail about practical issues such as the adaptability of different scale breeding farms, treatment costs, and profit ratios. This technological innovation that not only solves environmental problems but also creates economic value is the driving force needed for the green transformation of the industrial chain
