Fujian Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs: 2026 Green Manure and Commercial Organic Fertilizer Promotion Project

To support the green development of agriculture, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Fujian Province has launched the 2026 Green Fertilizer and Commercial Organic Fertilizer Promotion Project. The project is aimed at various agricultural business entities, providing subsidy support, covering organic fertilizer application, green fertilizer planting and other related content. After multiple levels of review and evaluation, 20 counties (cities, districts) have been designated as commodity organic fertilizer promotion project counties.
1、 Disclosure of funding policies

2. Subsidy recipients: Demonstration farmers, large-scale planters, family farms, farmer cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and other agricultural business entities, promoting the whole village and whole township (town)
The subsidy for green manure per mu shall not exceed 20 yuan
5. Application Procedure: Firstly, the promotion of commodity organic fertilizers is subject to the public project application conditions by the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau. Subsidy recipients provide relevant materials according to the project application conditions. The County Agriculture and Rural Bureau will publicize the subsidy recipients who meet the conditions, and the subsidy recipients will purchase and apply them to the fields on their own
Secondly, the promotion of green manure planting is publicly announced by the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and the subsidy recipients provide relevant supporting materials according to the project application conditions. The County Agriculture and Rural Bureau will uniformly tender and purchase green manure seeds based on the application situation, distribute them free of charge to the subsidy recipients, and supervise their sowing to the fields

3、 Project review public
1. Project Name: 2026 Green Fertilizer and Commercial Organic Fertilizer Project County Review. 2. Review Date: October 17, 2025. 3. Review Team Members: Three experts from the Soil Fertilizer and Plant Nutrition major were randomly selected from the project expert database of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, including Wang Fei, Xing Shihe, and Mao Yanling. 4. Evaluation form: centralized evaluation. 5. Evaluation content: Organize the joint review of departments (units) such as the Planting Industry Management Office of the Department, the Farmland Construction Management Office of the Department, and the Provincial Livestock Station. This time, 51 projects have been reserved through county-level application and municipal level review and submission. Among them, 21 green manure promotion projects and 30 commercial organic manure promotion projects were reviewed by the review team according to the implementation plan declared at the county level. 6. Review conclusion: 20 counties (cities and districts) including Minhou, Yongtai, Changtai, Hua'an, Mingxi, Qingliu, Youxi, Taining, Jianning, Changting, Songxi, Jianyang, Jianou, Mount Wuyi, Shunchang, Jiaocheng, Zherong, Xiapu, Fu'an, Fuding are recommended as green manure promotion project counties;
Recommend 20 counties (cities, districts) including Lianjiang, Fuqing, Xianyou, Yongchun, Nan'an, Zhangpu, Pinghe, Silla, Shanghang, Wuping, Zhangping, Shaxian, Jiangle, Pucheng, Guangze, Zhenghe, Pingnan, Shouning, Zhouning, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone as counties for promoting organic fertilizers.
