2、 Hebei Province
1. Policy name: Resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure (provincial policy); Upgrading and upgrading of manure treatment facilities in large-scale livestock and poultry farms; Livestock and poultry farms below a certain scale shall be equipped with facilities for storing and treating manure. 4. Funding source: Provincial government funds. 5. Subsidy recipients: Livestock and poultry large-scale farms, households of small-scale farms, and centralized treatment centers for livestock and poultry manure in densely populated areas. Subsidy standard: Adopting a one-time award method, the subsidy funds shall not account for more than 50% of the total project investment. Interest subsidy standard: According to the one-year loan market quoted interest rate (LPR), if the actual loan interest rate is lower than LPR, the interest subsidy will be based on the actual loan interest rate; The maximum amount of individual interest subsidy funds is 2 million yuan. Subsidy standard: For breeding farms that start construction after January 1, 2024, a subsidy of 15 million yuan will be provided based on the designed inventory size of 3000 heads (with a minimum of 50% of the designed cow inventory). On this basis, for every additional 1000 heads, an additional subsidy of 5 million yuan will be provided, with a maximum subsidy of 50 million yuan. Subsidy method: Adopting the "build first, supplement later, segmented acceptance subsidy" method, following the principle of total fund control and prioritizing excellence over duplication. Phase 1: If the cattle farm passes the acceptance inspection and the cow inventory exceeds 60% of the design scale, 80% of the subsidy funds will be disbursed; Phase 2: If the cattle farm passes the acceptance inspection and the cow inventory exceeds 80% of the design scale, the remaining 20% of the subsidy funds will be disbursed.
5、 Jilin Province

The subsidy for the use of organic fertilizers in commodities shall not exceed 10% of the total project subsidy; The expenses for field experiment monitoring, manure quality supervision and traceability, summary evaluation, publicity and training, and technical guidance shall not exceed 8% of the total project subsidy.
6、 Jiangsu Province

7、 Anhui Province
