PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is ideal for on-site kitchen waste disposal at homes and restaurants, as it is designed and produced using the microbial aerobic decomposition process. It has minimal running costs, no pollution, no odor, excellent efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.

The disposers can work efficiently for more than three to six months without requiring kitchen garbage to be dumped outside, provided that they are fed with microbiological agents and accessories all at once, as well as kitchen waste every day. The challenges associated with gathering and centrally disposing of kitchen garbage at the source can be resolved by decomposing and reducing kitchen waste by around 95%–98%.

USAGE

After operating for six hours, a newly purchased disposer can be filled with organic garbage for the first time. The daily maximum input under normal circumstances is 75 kg. The waste can be fed into the disposer in batches if it exceeds the limit. To increase the processing efficiency, please try to dewater the garbage before putting it into the bucket.

Cautions

1. Kitchen waste feeding method

Refused waste: Prior to adding the rubbish, please empty the water. 75 kg of food cannot be consumed at once as the maximum amount.

Raw waste: Before placing fibrous raw waste into the disposer, it is advised to slice it. Specifically, after being well cleaned with water, watermelon peels, fruit peels, cabbage leaves, raw vegetables, peels, and fish organs with a high salt content must be fed into the disposal. Once dewatered, raw waste with a high moisture content must be put into the disposer.

1. Excellent efficiency: The efficiency of kitchen trash reduction and decomposition surpasses 95%–98%;

2. Minimal energy usage: the 75 kg commercial kitchen garbage disposal uses 3.18 KWh of power every hour;

3. Affordable operation: The disposer does not require more fermentation and digestive agent for three months after it is fed with it; this allows for efficient operation;

4. Low emission: There are no odors released during the entire disposal process, and there is no air pollution. A combination of vapor and carbon dioxide is released throughout the disposal process;

5. The primary organic components (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) in kitchen trash can be completely broken down by strains of autonomously isolated bacteria with high enzyme activity.
