    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

      The GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer, appropriate for on-site kitchen waste disposal at households and restaurants, is designed and built using the microbial aerobic decomposition process. Its benefits include low running costs, little odor or pollution, great efficiency, friendliness to the environment, and energy conservation.
      If the disposers are fed with microbiological agents and accessories all at once together with kitchen trash daily, they can work effectively for more than three to six months without needing kitchen waste to be disposed of outside. The issues related to gathering and centrally disposing of kitchen waste at the source can be resolved by reducing and decomposing kitchen waste by roughly 95% to 98%.

    USAGE

      A fresh disposer can be filled with organic garbage for the first time after it has run for six hours. The daily maximum input is 500 kg under normal circumstances. Batch feeding of the waste into the disposer is an option if it goes over the limit. It can increase processing efficiency if the trash is attempted to be dewatered before being fed into the bucket.

      1. Kitchen waste feeding method
      Cooked waste: Please drain the water first before feeding the waste. The maximum feeding amount shall not exceed 500kg at one time.
      Fibrous raw waste should be chopped before being fed into the disposer. Specifically, rinsed with water, feed into the disposer raw vegetables, watermelon peels, fruit peels, cabbage leaves, peels, and fish organs with a high salt content. Waste that has been thoroughly dried out and packed with moisture should be fed into the disposer.

      1. High efficiency: The digestion and reduction efficiency of kitchen trash is more than 95%–98%;
      2. Low energy consumption: the 500kg commercial kitchen waste disposer consumes 6.35KWh of electricity per hour;
      3. Minimal operating costs: After the agent is fed, the disposer may operate effectively for three months without requiring more fermentation or digestive agent;
      4. Low emission: It is pollution-free to the air, with no odor emission in the whole disposal process. The gas emitted during the disposal process is a mixture of carbon dioxide and vapor;
