    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

      The GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is suitable for on-site kitchen waste disposal at homes and restaurants, and it is designed and produced using the microbial aerobic decomposition process. It has minimal operating costs, no pollution or odor, great efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.
      It is not necessary to dump kitchen garbage outside for over three to six months when the disposer is supplied with microbiological agents and accessories all at once, along with daily kitchen waste processing. It is possible to decompose and reduce kitchen trash by around 95%–98%, which resolves the challenges associated with gathering and centrally disposing of kitchen garbage.

    USAGE

      After six hours of operation, organic waste can be placed into a new disposer for the first time. The daily maximum input is 2000 kg under normal circumstances. Garbage can be fed into the disposer in batches if more rubbish than allowed. To optimize the effectiveness of the processing, please try to dewater the waste before putting it into the bucket.

    Cautions

      1. Kitchen waste feeding method
      Cooked waste: Please drain the water first before feeding the waste. The maximum feeding amount shall not exceed 2000kg at one time.
      Garbage: It is advised to cut fibrous garbage before putting it in the disposal. Watermelon, fruit, and cabbage leaves, as well as raw vegetables, peels, and fish organs with a high salt content, should all be fed into the disposer after being thoroughly cleaned with water. Dewatered raw trash that has a high moisture content needs to be put into the disposer.

    Cautions

      1. High efficiency: the efficiency of kitchen trash reduction and decomposition is more than 95%–98%;
      2. Low energy consumption: the 2000kg commercial kitchen waste disposer consumes 19.4KWh of electricity per hour;
      3. Economical operation: The disposer can operate efficiently since it does not need further fermentation or digesting agent for three months after it is fed with it.
      4. Minimal emission: Throughout the whole disposal process, there are no odors released into the air. A combination of carbon dioxide and vapor is released throughout the disposal process;
      5. Autonomously isolated strains with high enzyme activity are capable of breaking down the main organic components of kitchen waste, including protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
