    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

      The GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is ideal for on-site kitchen waste disposal at homes and restaurants, as it is designed and produced using the microbial aerobic decomposition process. It has minimal running costs, no pollution, no odor, excellent efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.
      The disposers can function efficiently for over three to six months without requiring kitchen garbage to be dumped outside, provided that they are fed with microbiological agents and accessories all at once, as well as kitchen waste every day. Kitchen waste may be reduced and decomposed by approximately 95% to 98%, which solves the problems associated with collecting and centrally disposing of kitchen garbage at the source.

    USAGE

      A new disposer can be loaded with organic waste for the first time after six hours of operation. Under typical conditions, the daily maximum input is 150 kg. If waste goes beyond the allotted amount, it can be fed into the disposer in batches. Please make an effort to dewater the trash before feeding it into the bucket to maximize processing efficiency.

    Cautions

      1. Kitchen waste feeding method
      Refused waste: Prior to adding the rubbish, please empty the water. At no point may more than 150 kg of food be fed at once.
      Raw garbage: It is recommended to slice fibrous raw waste before placing it in the disposal. Watermelon peels, fruit peels, cabbage leaves, fresh vegetables, peels, and fish organs with a high salt content should all be fed into the disposer after thoroughly washing them. Raw waste with a high moisture content needs to be put into the disposer after it has been dewatered.

    Cautions

      1. High efficiency: The kitchen waste decomposition and reduction efficiency exceeds 95%-98%;
      2. Low energy consumption: the 150kg commercial kitchen waste disposer consumes 3.39KWh of electricity per hour;
      3. Low operating cost: The disposer does not need to add more fermentation and digestive agent for three months after it has been fed with the agent, allowing it to function efficiently;
      4. Low emission: During the entire disposal process, there are no odors released into the air, and there is no pollution. A mixture of vapor and carbon dioxide is released throughout the disposal process;
      5. Kitchen waste's primary organic components, such as protein, carbohydrate, and fat, can be completely broken down by autonomously isolated strains with high enzyme activity.
