Kitchen waste processor with a daily processing capacity of 100KG
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is designed and manufactured by the microbial aerobic decomposition process, and applicable for on-site kitchen waste disposal at restaurants and home. It features energy conservation, environmental friendliness, high efficiency, no pollution, no odor, and a low operation cost.
After being fed with microbial agents and accessories at one time and kitchen waste machine every day, the disposer can operate effectively for more than three to six consecutive months, without the need to dump kitchen waste outside. Kitchen waste can be decomposed and reduced by nearly 95%, which solving the difficulties in collection and centralized disposal of kitchen waste at the source.
USAGE
At the first use, a new disposer can be fed with organic waste after running for 6 hours. In normal conditions, the maximum daily input is 100kg. If the waste exceeds the limit, it can be fed into the disposer in batches. Please try to dewater the waste before feeding it into the bucket, which can improve the processing efficiency.
Cautions
1. Kitchen waste feeding method
Cooked waste: Please drain the water first before feeding the waste. The maximum feeding amount shall not exceed 100kg at one time.
Raw waste: It’s recommended to chop fibrous raw waste before feeding it into the disposer. In particular, watermelon peels, fruit peels, cabbage leaves, raw vegetables, peels and fish organs with a high salt content shall be fed into the disposer after being washed with water. Raw waste with a high moisture content shall be fed into the disposer after being dewatered.
Cautions
1. High efficiency: The kitchen waste decomposition and reduction efficiency exceeds 95%;
2. Low energy consumption: the 100kg commercial kitchen waste disposer consumes 480Wh of electricity per hour;
3. Low operation cost: After being fed with the fermentation and digestion agent, the disposer can operate effectively for three consecutive months, with no need to supplement the fermentation and digestion agent during the period;
4. Low emission: It is pollution-free to the air, with no odor emission in the whole disposal process. The gas emitted during the disposal process is a mixture of carbon dioxide and vapor;
5. Autonomously isolated strains with a high enzyme activity can decompose main organic components (such as protein, starch, fat) contained in kitchen waste thoroughly.
