PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is suitable for on-site kitchen waste disposal at homes and restaurants, and it is designed and produced using the microbial aerobic decomposition process. It has minimal operating costs, no pollution or odor, great efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.

The disposer can work efficiently for more than three to six months without requiring kitchen trash to be dumped outside if it is fed with microbiological agents and accessories all at once and is fed daily into the kitchen waste machine. The challenges associated with collecting and centrally disposing of kitchen garbage at the source can be resolved by decomposing and reducing kitchen waste by around 95%–98%.

USAGE

After operating for six hours, a new disposer can be filled with organic garbage for the first time. The maximum daily input under normal circumstances is 1.5 kg. Waste can be fed into the disposer in batches if it exceeds the limit. To increase processing efficiency, please try to dewater the garbage before feeding it into the bucket.

Cautions

1. Kitchen waste feeding method

Cooked waste: Before adding the waste, please drain the water. A single meal cannot be more than 1.5 kilogram in total.

Raw waste: Before putting fibrous raw waste into the disposer, it is advised to slice it. Specifically, after being well cleaned with water, watermelon peels, fruit peels, cabbage leaves, fresh vegetables, peels, and fish organs with a high salt content must be fed into the disposer. After being dewatered, raw waste with a high moisture content must be fed into the disposer.

1. High efficiency: The kitchen waste decomposition and reduction efficiency exceeds 95%-98%;

2. Low energy consumption: 1.5kg home kitchen waste disposer consumes 65wh of electricity per hour;

3. Low operation cost: After being fed with the fermentation and digestion agent, the disposer can operate effectively for three consecutive months, with no need to supplement the fermentation and digestion agent during the period;

4. Low emission: It is pollution-free to the air, with no odor emission in the whole disposal process. The gas emitted during the disposal process is a mixture of carbon dioxide and vapor;

5. Autonomously isolated strains with a high enzyme activity can decompose main organic components (such as protein, starch, fat) contained in kitchen waste thoroughly.
