    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

      Because it is made and constructed with the microbial aerobic decomposition process in mind, the GGT Microbial Kitchen Waste Disposer is ideal for on-site kitchen waste disposal at homes and restaurants. It is environmentally friendly, very efficient, produces no pollution or odor, uses little energy, and has low running expenses.
      If the disposers are fed with microbiological agents and accessories all at once and are fed into the kitchen waste machine on a regular basis, they can function effectively for longer than three to six months, eliminating the need for kitchen garbage to be disposed of outside. By breaking down and minimizing kitchen waste by around 95%–98%, the difficulties related to gathering and centrally disposing of kitchen trash at the source can be overcome.

    USAGE

      Upon initial operation, a fresh disposer can be supplied with biodegradable refuse after operating for 6 hours. Under regular circumstances, the highest daily input is 5000kg. If the refuse surpasses the threshold, it can be introduced into the disposer in segments. Kindly attempt to dehydrate the refuse before introducing it into the container, which can enhance the processing effectiveness.

    Cautions

      1. Kitchen waste feeding method
      Cooked waste: Kindly remove the water before introducing the refuse. The utmost feeding quantity should not surpass 5000kg at once.
      Raw waste: It is advisable to dice fibrous unprocessed refuse before introducing it into the disposer. Specifically, watermelon rinds, fruit rinds, kale leaves, unprocessed vegetables, rinds, and fish organs with elevated salt content should be introduced into the disposer after rinsing with water. Raw refuse with elevated moisture content should be introduced into the disposer after dehydrating.

    Cautions

      1. High efficiency: the efficiency of kitchen trash reduction and decomposition is more than 95%–98%;
      2. Low energy consumption: the 5000kg commercial kitchen waste disposer consumes 44.61KWh of electricity per hour;
      3. Low operating cost: The disposer does not need to add more fermentation and digestive agent for three months after it has been fed with the agent, allowing it to function efficiently;
      4. Low emission: During the entire disposal process, there are no odors released into the air, and there is no pollution. A mixture of vapor and carbon dioxide is released throughout the disposal process;
      5. High-enzyme-active autonomously separated strains are capable to completely breaking down the primary organic components (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) found in kitchen trash.
